Seats up to 408 guests with tables, chairs, 16x24 dance floor and 16x12 Stage | 432 guests no stage BUT with  16x24 dance floor | 480 guests no stage AND no dance floor | 300 chairs only no tables no dance floor with stage

  • 72″ Round Tables (which seats up to 12ppl)

  • 6′ Rectangular Tables

  • black Stage

  • Movable Bar

  • Black Dance Floor

  • Large prep kitchen

  • One Restroom attendant

  • Pre-event (table and chair) room set up

  • Post-event (table and chair) room breakdown

  • Parking attendants to assist guests with proper parking (if event is over 100ppl)

** Standard Parties/Events end at 1am. You may extend your party by 1 hour til 2am for an additional $750

Open Bar services are allowed for any celebration or event.  You are required to book bartending services with one of our Preferred Licensed  Bartenders listed below.  You provide what you wish to service and they will take care of the rest.  You are required to purchase enough ICE to cover you event as we do no have a commercial ICE machine.

How Do I Secure My Date?

Step 1: Obtain availability & pricing details for your date by contacting our office at 301.575.9430 or by completing the EVENT REQUEST FORM 


Step 2: Review proposal and request any changes via email.


Step 3: Sign Contract


Step 4: Pay required 1st payment

 

A 50% payment of the Room Rental fees and a signed contract is required to secure any and all dates on our calendar.

Both are required to secure your date
